Peter has leveraged off his unique global experience spanning four continents across Europe, North America, Hong Kong and Australia and his vast transaction experience, having closed over US$6 billion in private equity and high yield transactions, to build a truly unique co-investment and strategic consulting firm.

One Pacific Group arranged, structured and assisted Atlas Property Holdings in securing approximately $80 million in debt facilities. The financing package assisted the developer to refinance maturing debt facilities, provide for additional construction funding for the Lighthouse Burwood project as well as acquisition funding to settle the purchase of another development site.
Fugro N.V. is a Dutch multinational public company headquartered in the Netherland and is the world’s leading, independent provider of geo-intelligence and asset integrity solutions for large-scale infrastructure and natural resources. One Pacific Group assisted Fugro ROAMES (a wholly owned Australian subsidiary of Fugro) with a review of its global business operations. This review included a strategic review of global markets, competing products and services as well as a review of the management structure and governance. One Pacific Group assisted management with the preparation of a budgeted cash flow forecast model and business plan encompassing various global strategic initiatives.
